Opening speech

Shen Hanyao, chairman of the forum and dean of the Warton Economic Institute, emphasized at the meeting that the world today is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century, of which the most notable is the continuous evolution of the fourth industrial revolution. In the fourth industry, the R&D industry of scientific and technological innovation has always been the core and leading industry. It is an industry that manufactures and incubates new products and new industries.
