(1) Served as the secretary of the board of directors of a listed company for more than 3 years.

(2) Love the profession of board secretary, and have unique views and understanding of the content and methods of board secretary work.

(3) The company has zero errors in information disclosure, professional and comprehensive investor relations management, and has a good reputation in the capital market.

(4) To make important contributions to improving corporate governance, promoting corporate development and enhancing corporate value.

(5) Won the annual "China Business Top 100 Excellent Board Secretary Award" and other awards.

(6) Agree with the development concept of the China Business Top 100 Forum and the Top 500 Enterprises, and actively participate in the projects and activities organized by the CBT 100 Forum.
